COMP A Simpleton's view of Subject Tags

Maybe there are just too many tags? 

Frankly, every time I see a message that interests me,
and that I want to reply to, I don't want to have to
dig through my file cabinet for the Tag list, or find
the home page for the list. 

If I had to i just wouldn't post.... which means the
list might stay a little saner, but you might lose
some others who actually know something, unlike me.

Make all OTs the same. There aren't enough to justify
so many categories... and the more obscure Iris type
tags could be combined. 

I could like with PCN and SPEC being merged.... I'd
still be able to find what I need. 

No one seems to use SA. Since most SA are also TB,
they just use TB... I would.

I also have note seen REF or SHOW.... most show
realted posts get stuck under AIS.

Do we need TRADE and CAT and AD? They all share a
common thread of selling / commerce / trading / etc.
Maybe just change the whole schnoz to somethign like
SELL. or BUY/SELL. Or just keep TRADE.... 

And though ADMIN is supposed to be reserved, I see
nothing wrong with replying with this tag. After all,
the subject line will read RE: ADMIN, which is exactly
what it is: a reply to the admin! Just don't make a
NEW post with Admin in it. Am I making any sense here?

Whatever. It's just my opinion, take it or leave it. 
Point is this: Tags should be self-explanatory... if
only for the sake of such simpletons as myself!
