Re: ADMIN: Vote on Subject Tags


Frankly, I don't 'get' what the opposition to subject tags is about.  
Does it take too much time to type TB or HYB or CULT?  I, for one, 
simply don't read a post that doesn't have a subject tag or other 
clear means to indicate what the message is about.  I don't have time 
to spend hours a day on the list, though I value it GREATLY and would 
be lost without it, iris-wise.

Are we just talking personality clash here?  No room for that on the 
list.  If someone else wants to take on John's huge, thankless job, 
I'm sure they'd be welcome to it.  But I'd warn them:  John's shoes 
will be awfully large to fill.
