My patch of IMMORTALITY that blooms the most is in partial shade and has
a dense mat of sedum covering the rhizomes, which also helps keep the
soil a bit cooler. To get bloom, I have to dig rhizomes out here and
there to thin them out some - they get overcrowded very easily and won't
bloom.
