I don't know how the list moderater feels about such things, but I find
iris-talk is a wonderful place to make new friends. Some of the best
"quality" people I know are iris people. And if your heart really needs to
speak to people who understand how you feel about something, why not. I
only regret that most of us may never meet eaach other in person. Maybe
iris-talk members should try to organize a chance to meet at AIS conventions
or something. Not that we all go (I may go to the next Oregon one), but at
least we could begin to put faces to the names, and give us a chance to
shake hands, introduce ourselves, and meet our unseen friends.
