RE:Cult-bloom season

Right now thew siberians are at peak and the 2003 convention planting is looking great, about 10 days later then usual. All the TBs seem to have opened at least one bud, even my late seedlings. Many early TBs are finished. Rebloom very strong (multiple stalks) on Forever Blue, Refined and Ruby Eruption. A few odd SDB plants with only one stalk so I won't count them yet.
Spuria showing good buds at this point in time with Iris orientalis having opened a few flowers. Thew Spuria look as if they will be right on time.

I have a strange setosa seedling in bloom. It has small fat standards and is dark purple with white throat veining. It may be a cross of a setosa with a sibtosa or perhaps with a pseudacorus. I did make both of these crosses. The flower shape does look more like a pseudacorous both with standards and falls. I should post a photo to iris-photos for people to take a look.
