ANd he is right
the webmaster either local or regional has to be fluid
and busy. They need to have to want to maintain the best possible site.
The Region 4 website is a work in progress as I am completely rebuilding and it takes time but I do the updates for the affiliates as quickly and I can so that people have the most upto date information. I also post the region's newletter in full color on the site that they can read on line or download. THis has been a positive move for everyone who are internet and computer literate and the RVP says he gets several calls or e-mails a day originating from the site.
