Linda having newsletters on a site is very easy especially if you make them pdf files. Cutepdf is a free program that acts like a printer on your computer and makes the newsletter no matter the format or program into pdf. Having newsleeters on the web allows people to see it in full color if the editor wants it while printing black and white which is cost effective.
