Hello, my tall bearded Iris have bloomed at half the height I'm used to.  In
most cases the blooms are below the foliage.  I am in Long Island, NY.  We had
an average winter and a colder than average spring.  Can anyone shed light on
my problem?  I'm a little discouraged as I did want to expand my Iris
varieties.  Thanks, Glenn
