Hi Everyone--
As I was browsing through a friend's iris garden today, I noticed
something I never saw before. In what looks like a strong, healthy
clumps of TBs that are putting up bloomstalks, two of them were bent
over just below the bud. I looked closer to see if it had been broiken
by something, but it wasn't. It looked like a spot of rot had set in
about an inch below one bud and about 2 inches below the other, and the
bud and it's bit of stalk just fell over but is still attached.
Does anyone know what is causing this?
I'm happy to say that each day is birnging more blomstalks in my varius
gardens and the psuedacorus is definitely going to be glorious again
this year. Nothing yet from CHILLED WINE (?).
