I am feeling very Zone proud right now....our little Zone 3 has
sustained NO rot this year and every single plant in every class
is thriving with no sign of pests and outstanding bloom and color
so far (the bearded classes blooming now). Looks like we will
have at least two TBs blooming with the MDBs (yes, some are
still opening up) and the SDBs and IBs. What a show....
The current favorite for *prettiest* SDB is STARBABY (Marky
Smith) and the most *vigorous* SDB (so far) is a tie between
WHAT AGAIN (Ensminger) and JAZZAMATAZZ (Blyth). From Nebraska
and Australia by way of Colorado. :-)
Two SIs have buds, SNOW PRINCE and the wonderful INDY. -)
Japanese and species also looking good...wonder year here.
Cheers,
Ellen
