Now that you've mentioned Michigan Bulb, it reminds me of Tony Avent's
Plant Delights Nursery Catalog. The Fall 1996 catalog had a Jeff
Foxworthy spin: "You know you might be a redneck gardener if..."
My favorite was: "...you order all your rare exotic perennials from
Michigan Bulb."
