I am new to growing iris flowers.  I have learned that using rabbit
pellets to feed your rhizomes promotes root growth.  The alfha meal
in the rabbit pellets and horse pellets is what iris' like.  Maybe
the "insolent" plants need to grow more roots to bloom.  Just and
idea that might help.
