I understand that elephant manure is very elegant fertilizer, much esteemed 
by those in the know for perennial beds. I have heard nothing about using it 
on irises. I have also heard that the caca of the big cats is a powerful 
deterrant to deer, but I cannot imagine tossing the stuff around the garden.
