Re: CULT: Micronutrients

Hi all,
I asked a friend of mine, who has my clay, how she had such wonderful color and flower size in her iris. And she told me she used bone meal spring and fall. It works like a charm here in Kansas and when I lived in San Antonio. I wonder if clay traps calcium? Or if there is something else in bonemeal.

An elderly friend whose irises were always bright and beautiful of colors
used super phosphate faithfully. It worked for her.
