Speaking of starting seeds, out of sixty pots of seeds planted in
November, December, and January, I have sprouts in only three pots -
one arilbred cross, one IB cross, and one BB.

Bill, I was wondering how your sprouts are coming along. Abe
mentioned last week, he didn't have any, and I am wondering if the
sprouting season is late all over the country. Usually, at this time
of the season, I have seeds coming up like hair on a dog's back. It
worries me that I have so few. Our winter was colder and longer with
very few warm days to break the cold, and I am thinking I should have
more seeds sprouting. I use the Mother Nature method of sprouting
seeds, meaning the pots are all outside.
