Re: Walking Iris

Has anyone ever heard of a "Walking Iris." I attended a home and garden show 
in Denver today and they had a display of a "Walking Iris" - it looked like a 
Siberian Iris, but was laying down. The man said there was no rhizomes, they 
have roots and when they grow, they lay down, where they lay down, roots 
start and they spread like that - I have never heard of this or seen it - has 
anyone here - thanks Sylvia, Denver, Zone 5
