Forgot to say, the ones that grow best are in white
tubs which receive morning sun and in a child's wading
pool that receives sun from noon to three, when the
trees are leafed out. The biggest tree is an old
pecan which is 'limbed up' quite high and pecans are
the *last* to leaf out in the spring, so these plants
receive sun in the winter and are mostly in 'high
shade' in the summer.
