HIST: List

Last week-end I reported about the slack time in early February and
compared it to a portion of 'American Pie.' Thanks for the many
kind comments. I am happy my post might have brought back
Starlord; at least, he made a recent appearance on iris-photos.
Glad to see you, Dennis! U de man. The year is 2525 and all is
well on the high desert.

I went to Mallorn Archives and pulled up the stats for the months of
February yearly since iris-l and iris-talk have been in existence. It
proved my point. The number represents the total number of posts
for the month. The music is fading . . .

...332 - Feb. '02
...475 - Feb. '01
...751 - Feb. '00
...812 - Feb. '99
1,134 - Feb. '98
1,587 - Feb. '97
...527 - Feb. '96 - The first month of operation for iris-l.

We have more members than ever but fewer posts. Have we
talked about everything there is to talk about on the subject of
irises?

I have no authority to make this type of post or to editoralize, and I
do apologize if I have offended anybody with my observations.
That is all they are - just observations.

Stately Guest Manor and Chateau Whitehall, prepare to receive our
transmission.

mood swings and covering and uncovering).
