California is a state that will meet you with armed guards at our borders and
has done so for many years. You might find some helpful information at
http://pi.cdfa.ca.gov/weedinfo/
Yes it does include iris Douglasiana and Iris Missouriensis.
A search fo " California's exotic pest control " shows some other problems
and solutions.
These are things we can try to control unlike last weeks freezes which
eliminated an estimated 20,000,000 pounds of Almonds from this years
production.
Anyone know how to eradicate Anise ? Our county agent advises us that with
frequent tilling and spraying we should have it under control in 3-5 years.
