Well, that is all relative. Heat and humidity work together.
90 degrees with 10% humidity is comfortable. That same 90 
degrees with 70 percent humidity is a health hazard.  I recall
being in Los Angeles at the beach and thinking that 96 degrees felt
sort of nice, but then the humidity was something like 15%.
According to the heat index, 90 degrees at 70% humidity has the effect 
of 106 degrees. 92 degrees at the same 70% has the effect of 112, and 
94 gives 119. I do grant you that we only get two months of this. If 
we could just ship the humidity out to sea, you would get no complaints 
from me. Those folks down near Walta and Bill B understand humidity <G>
