COMP: HELP!!!!!

Hello everyone. . . sorry to "shout" in the subject, but I NEED HELP!
 
Yahoo sent me this following e-mail message, WITH and attachment, but I don't want to open it.  I already sent this to spoof@ yahoo-inc.com, hoping that they'll tell me it was indeed a virus/scam, but I'm not sure.
 
If anyone out there can help me with advice on what to do, please tell me, onlist of offlist.  I do not want to loose another e-mail address, my last one on yahoo was *suddenly* disabled.
