Mark, I would think a couple weeks after bloom would probably be as good as
any.  I'm not sure when root growth is at its max in Florida, but I would
think that bloom and what follows would be pretty much standard
everywhere--just with different times for bloom.

I'll be interested in hearing how it goes.  The things I've dug and divided
right after bloom have thrived more in their new reset space than those moved
any other time.
