If anyone has had a growth problem with any of those I've mentioned above,
I'd
sure like to know about it.

Neil:
Poem of Ecstasy bloomed incredibly well the first year here (3 or 4 huge,
exceptionally well-branched stalks), and had lots of increase.  In the fall,
all the remaining (6 or 7) rhizomes pineappled and were dead by the next
spring.  I'll probably replace it someday for one more try; it was lovely.
