And I have the answer from the Exhibitions Chairman, Jason Leader. He points
out that the Judges Manual covers these irises in Chap. 13 (2000 revision).
The types specifically discussed are: multiple petaled flowers, irregular
color application, variable color patterning, flat-shaped flowers, and variegated
foliage.
