Dave,
As I mentioned, I bought it last year so I have somewhat gotten over
the
sticker shock but as I recall it was between $250 and $300 for a gallon.
We
will be using it this spring. Gonna have to try to get some benefit out
of
those $$, LOL.
For us,keeping blue grass alive would be the problem
not killing it! We are
just not the right climate for it down here.

    I
haven't used the terraclor but will add it to my arsenal. I really prefer
to
rotate fungicides, so this spring I used daconil. We haven't had enough rain
yet to find out how it works. It's been really, really dry!

Paul, Dana, et al: I have used Fusilade (fluaziflop) in the past and although
it
works fairly well I have found that it has no effect on annual blue grass
(Poa
annua). On the other hand I have found that ENVOY (Clethodim) works just
just as
well, gets rid of Poa annua and can be sprayed directly over iris
with no ill
effect. With respect to STINGER...I have used it for about ten
years now and am
quite pleased with how it works. It is effective (according
to label) over a
wide range of broad leaf weeds but I use it mainly to
control thistle and
clovere for which it is extremely effective especially
when growing in the
middle of an iris clump.
As to an effective fungicide I
have used both Terraclor (PCNB ---
parachloronitro enzene) and Cleary's 3336
WP and both work quite well. Also note
that Cleary's works extremely well on
"damp off".

STINGER is a bit "pricey" here in Oregon and I'm curious, Dana,
what size
container you purchased and at what cost. As I said it is "pricey"
but when
diluted as per label is still cheaper per gallon than MILK!!!
