Jim, Really appreciate your comments on preview of MA event. At same time I
would like to add that there are also some beautiful gardens with fabulous
iris plantings...irises grown as well as any place I've been...around the
Dayton Ohio area. When I gave judges training there a couple of years ago
and went on the Regional Meeting tour, I was really impressed!!! Now I have
been trying to encourage your group to step forward and ask to host an AIS
national convention for several years. There are great gardens, many side
trips, e.g. Wright Pat and Museum, reasonably priced hotels...and wonderful
people in your local society. Will you assist me with this, say a convention
in 2002 or 2003? Thanking you in advance, Clarence Mahan
