Henry, this is Griff Crump near Mount Vernon, Virginia. I'm new to the
list and for some reason haven't been able to get an introductory
message through, so am responding to your query in hopes that a response
will work!

Start spraying now. We're having an early spring. I, too, use Cygon-2e,
and started spraying last weekend. The aphids are already on the plants,
and I'm sure the borers are awake and climbing. This is also the time to
get your pre-emergent onto your beds. I saw weeds sprouting as I was
weeding today.

If this message gets through, I'll try again to send an introductory
message. Good luck to both of us!
