Mark,
Swertii is a blue on white plicata. Small flower on an MTB type plant.
I say type because it can grow taller than that class sometimes. As for
fragrance I can't recall any. It is sometimes confused with two others
I grow Ma Mie and Madame Chereau. Grows well for me.
