Dear Ellen B. Sullivan: Welcome to iris-L. I was very pleased to hear you
belong to RIS of which I was fisrt president and always a devoted life
member. Our season here is exceptionally early. We all fear that winter may
decide to take a final crack at us, and it is middle daffodil season, and
time for fruit -tree bloom! I have two stalks of MATRIX , one bearing an
open bloom. A rain is keeping me indoors, and I confess to be thoroughly
