I was keeping quiet about my rather expensive labelling tool but if we
start talking in four figures I guess my 100 bucks or so is just chicken
feed:
I have acquired a Brother P-touch electronic labelling system which is
designed for office use and produces very neat printing in 5 styles, 5
sizes, on 9 or 12 mm tape, clear, white, silver, gold and other colours
in black or coloured print. The retailer had no idea whether the tape
would prove weatherproof so I had to go in blind and find out. Labels are
peeled from the backing paper and stuck on to white aluminium blind stock
about one inch wide. So far they have survived two seasons in pristine
condition.
