Hi Patti,
The regular iris robins are just like your lily robins. I expect the e-mail
robins are going to be simply exchange of ideas, rather than material items.
Although there is no reason why individuals in the e-mails couldn't develop
their own paper friendships for the purpose of trades, just as the regular
robins often match up people with interests other than iris, and take their
correspondance to a one-on-one level out of the robin
