Something like that, I'd send Overnight. Delivery is guaranteed.

I do frequent surveys, enclosing a self-addressed postcard in a package and
asking that the recipient note the arrival date and drop the card in the mail.
In my zone, delivery is often within 1 day. In the central part of the country,
usually 2 days. To the east coast, 3 days. In contrast, the fastest UPS
delivery reported was 5 days.

Same here, but not so positive. UPS has delivered too many rhizomes of the
consistency of baked potatoes. I no longer order from anyone who ships UPS.
Sounds like one more case of geographical differences....
