Up until last year I would have given UPS and enthusiastic thumbs up
but, last year they couldn't get anything right. I had to go to them
and pick up 2 out of every 3 packages I was shipped because all of a
sudden UPS couldn't find me. After delivering things to me for 12
years!! The capper was an order of dutch iris. I ordered, they
shipped, UPS returned. I called, they shipped, UPS returned. UPS never
called, sent a postcard or anything. Just returned the bulbs as
undeliverable. By the time all this was sorted out it was too late to
plant the bulbs. I had several major league fits down at UPS and
hopefully this problem has been fixed.
