Same substance I think and last time I checked, still available here.
As an aside, I believe benelate was the subject of some heavy duty court
cases in the SE states a few years ago. I don't want to get myself into
litigation but I think it was finally decided that a batch of it got
contaminated with a herbicide and wiped out many greenhouses.

You might try Rovral although here it is only available in 5 Kg packages at
a hefty price.
