I think I owe $ for this issue and the previous one as well.  If I am
reading correctly, I should have received one gratis as a member of AIS,
but the two subsequent issues should be costing $3 ea since I do not have
membership in an affiliated group.  Missed this somehow on the earlier
issues.  Joe Spears or Areta Phillips or Rusty - have I incurred debt
unknowingly here?
