I went and did it today ... No, not rob a bank! I maped
out an area, dug the sandy soil out of it down to about
2 or 3 inch, screened it for the wire (cut) worms and then
started back filling it in while mixing some stuff called
Framers Planter Mix (looks like compost) in with the
soil, then I took the Blue/White W.Iris Bill had sent to
me while I was in Hawaii and came back with me, plus the
young starts of the Yellow type of W.iris I had growing
in Hawaii, and planted them in the soil mix, then I filled
around them a layer of this planter mix around them &
then a thin layer of Steer on top of that.
This should all make them very Happy and maybe Walk all
over the place!
