San Francisco and the immediate Bay area are close to Iris Heaven.
Temperatures do not fluctuate much the entire year and frost is
practically unheard of. Iris can bloom there almost any time of the
year. Maybe John Jones can expound more on this since he lives just
across the bay from San Francisco?
