Re: OT:Farm findings

People get a grip. You're making Teresa out to be a common criminal.

I personally think there's a big difference between stealing and digging
up some plants from an abandoned farm without the owners permission. If
I recall, it wasn't like it was being cared for. They would have died in
a couple of more years and what purpose would that have served. I hope
that all my plants out live me and that someday an extra enthusiastic
gardener finds them and gives them a good home.

Besides here's what could happen and this still has me crying.
Beautiful abandoned farm and garden in my area. Toured it often and
admired the Iris, daffs, tulips, daylilies, daisy's, roses, lupines
rhody's, and salvia. More beautiful flowers than I have in my whole
yard. Finally in the Fall 2 years ago, after I figure the house had been
abandoned for 2 or more years, I dug up some pink lilies.
Thought that over the winter I would find the real owner and offer to
move all the plants out for a small fee. Wouldn't you know it, Lowes
buys it for there new store and bulldozes evrything under in one day.
Never got another plant from it.
