Welcome Judy and I look forward to seeing you in Oklahoma in May. I was at
the Dearborn convention too and had a ball, although bloom was late. But one
thing that should be mentioned here is this.... that an iris convention is not
just about flowers - it's about people. Although I love to see the seedlings
and irises I may otherwise not run across, I really go to hear the speakers
and talk to the folks..... and I'm never disappointed!

You've joined just in time too because we'll soon be organizing the folks on-
line - we issue special nametags (for finding each other in the teeming masses
yearning to breath free...) and we even have 'critical mass' where we get
together for a Geek Jamboree.

I'm happy for the flower that brings us together.....and I'm happy for the
folks that appreciate the flower.
