Here in central Oklahoma, some of us "more tacky folks" unaffectionately
refer to the Dykes Medalist being discussed as "Victoria Falls Down" (even
brazen enough to tell Dave Schreiner to his face -- some of us just have "no
couth"). So, most of us chunk it (or plant it next to a fence, to give it
something to lean on) and plant Titan's Glory, Dusky Challenger, and even
Breakers in its place.
And seriously, the infamous Oklahoma wind was one of the factors I seriously
considered when I bought my new place a couple of years ago. I'm in a
protected area where it's not quite so bad. They meant it when the song
went (Oklahoma!) "where the wind comes sweepin' down the plains".

a toupee, cheap wig, or a loose-fitting skirt on a "breezy" spring day....
