	I realize that several other people will probably
repeat this but I want to be sure it gets said:  Per
the handbook, if Chickasaw Sue customarily grows 29"
tall (as she does here) then to withhold a blue ribbon
for that reason is wrong.  You should judge a cultivar
against the known perfection for that cultivar.  Batik
regularly grows out of class also and has one Queen of
Show here.
