LEANNA was reclassified as a TB in the 1999
R&I. It always grows aell out of the border class
in my garden. I assume this change would
lead judges to judge it as a TB, *IF* rhey are aware
of the change. This should be the exhibitors responsibility
to know, so the specimen is placed correctly, I would think.
