Dear Ian, Pretty please, could you include your zone? I do know where Ottawa
is - that is in Canada -- but not the zone and that would help others to know
whether to try their luck with the irises you mention. And Canada has a
variety of zones and it is amazing what will survive. I had no idea
Louisianas would like it here in Maryland, but they do - and even further
north, it seems! I can get Iris foetidissima to grow the plant - no bloom,
