Arnold,
       I am not sure whether or not the plant is registered.  I cannot recall 
where I got mine from, but I have seen it offered in catalogs from time to 
time.  I do grow this plant down here in Florida, but it has sulked some.  
Maybe I should set up a kiddie pool with no drainage and put it in that...  
It did bloom last month.
