Nobody has to worry about what reblooms here in Montana--thats an easy
one--NONE---
Years ago, I decided that since the medians bloom earlier than the TB's--so
putting in Median Rebloomers was a good idea. At that time, Dr. Weiler
still had 'Rialto Gardens'--so I tried many of his medians--and Willot's
Medians and Aitken's medians, and Niswonger medians--
the result--a garden full of Medians, and still no rebloom--
One did rebloom several years ago--at the club garden--and it was so ugly
that even though it had rebloomed--it was not worth it--so out it went.
I used to gather all the statistics from the Region for the report for the
Rebloomer and for Dr. Weiler--there are some which rebloom in the Boise
area--where it is overall warmer than here--but the ones who do rebloom are
not reliable to rebloom every year--
So-- I would rather have non-rebloomers than borers--
