Linda, I rarely expect miracles in first generation! I'm not expecting
seedlings of superior quality from this cross. Creating a quality orange
reblooming seedling in this generation was not my goal. However, I'll take it if it
shows up!
My intention was to capture the other qualities of the plant and pass them
on.
These seedlings, being more or less half orange, should pass that quality on
to it's children. This was my goal. So long as HOM doesn't BLOCK orange
from it's seedlings, I'm okay! (??)
0803-pink does prove that pinks have been used in orange breeding before!
