You stated elsewhere that this seedling is from JESSIE SONG X  REBOUND. I 
definitely would expect plicata from this cross.  Is there  a chance the cross 
was contaminated?  
 
Or that it is one of the hidden plicatas like LACED COTTON?  
 
I've not worked with a lot of plicatas, mainly various children from  EARL OF 
ESSEX.   But I have a seedling that reblooms well from  JESSIE SONG X EARL OF 
ESSEX.  It has produced some lovely seedlings and is  the bee pod parent for 
the tall red thing I posted earlier in the  spring.
