  I'm unfamiliar with the term 'hidden plicata' so I can't say if this seedling would qualify.  It does, to my eye, have some plicata traits:stippling on underside of falls, a small white patch with veins through it... 
   
  I'm on my way to photos to post a stalk shot....presuming I can make the computer do it's thing and it's not too big...

You stated elsewhere that this seedling is from JESSIE SONG X REBOUND. I 
definitely would expect plicata from this cross. Is there a chance the cross 
was contaminated? 

Or that it is one of the hidden plicatas like LACED COTTON? 

I've not worked with a lot of plicatas, mainly various children from EARL OF 
ESSEX. But I have a seedling that reblooms well from JESSIE SONG X EARL OF 
ESSEX. It has produced some lovely seedlings and is the bee pod parent for 
the tall red thing I posted earlier in the spring.
