Since you all seem to know alot more about varietys of iris than I do (big
surprise I have 3 kinds) I was wondering if someone could help me here. A
friend I met on a bulletin board is selling some of her irises this fall when
she propagates them and I'd like a second opinion before I invest my life
savings here. She lives somewhere in California, not sure exactly where, and
I'm in Zone 4 Michigan. The irises I'm lookin at getting are at the bottom.
I'd just like to know your opinions as far as their aability to adjust to the
difference in temps here and wheter or not there as nice lookin as her
descriptions make them out to be. None of the nurserys heree carry many of
these varieties and if they do there are never flowers so I haven't a clue
what I'm getting here.
Thanks
Kali~
