QUALITY RHIZOMES

I am trying to find the lowest prices for the irises that I want, and it
seems that just about everyone is less expensive than a certain
company.  My question is, are their rhizomes as healthy? Are they
guaranteed to bloom (eventually?)  Can anyone who has ordered from
gardens not *in Oregon* please tell me?
